Arsenal striker Yaya Sanogo yesterday gave a short interview to L’Equipe, to discuss an early rough patch in his Arsenal career.
He had the following to say:
“It’s a massive club. The supporters know that I’ve scored in the youth set-up and so they put a little pressure on me. Once I’ve got my first goal, it’ll be fine. It’s taken me six months to adapt and it’s not like I haven’t had my mishaps, I found it tough to start with. Adapting to this league has been a challenge. When you come out of Ligue 2 and you know that you’re going to come up against the likes of Kompany, it’s not easy. Still, I’ve garnered some experience.”
