20:47: GOAL: Saint Etienne 2-2 Bastia. No way!!! Bastia equalise at the death! What a game this has turned out to be. I thought Bastia were finished, but all credit to them, they have turned this game on it’s head!

20:35: Lille go close against Lyon as Kalou appears to be through on goal, only to be tackled brilliantly from behind. Best chance of the second half for either team so far.
20:32: Hits the woodwork: Just after Guingamp come close, Nice come even closer! A header is powered in from a free-kick, but Assembe brilliantly tips it onto the post!
20:28: Close: Guingamp almost find the equaliser through good fortune. The ball deflects off of a Nice defender on the edge of the box and almost flies into the bottom corner. The ‘keeper was unmoved – he had no chance of saving it.
20:25: GOAL: Evian 1-1 Bordeaux. Bordeaux equalise through Chiek Diabaté after a good period of pressure. Evian were under the cosh for a good 10 minutes, and could not hold out. I reckon the away side are favourites for the win now.
20:22: Close: Saint-Etienne almost put the game beyond doubt. A cross comes in from the left right across goal, but nobody gets the final touch.
20:18: Guingamp pressing hard to find an equaliser against Nice at the moment. The have a free-kick from the right brilliantly saved by the goalkeeper, but nothing comes from the resulting corner.
20:15: Still goalless in Lyon at the moment. Both sides have 30 minutes to find a winner, but the game is rather scrappy. It may take something special to open the scoring.
20:12: GOAL: St-Etienne 2-0 Bastia. What a goal this is! The ball drops to Diomande about 25 yards from goal, and he absolutely hammers one into the top left corner! Goal of the day so far without doubt.
20:10: Good chance for St-Etienne to extend their lead! A free-kick is played in from the left and good connection is made from the header, but it is cleared by a defender.
20:05: GOAL: Nice 1-0 Guingamp. The home side take the lead just after the break. I wonder what was said at half time?

19:44: What a chance for Bordeaux to equalise against Evian! They go through on goal, but the shot is wayward. The Evian ‘keeper should at least have been forced to make a save.
19:42: Over in Lyon, Lille are having a very good spell just before the half hime whistle goes. They are camped in the Lyon half, but are unable to create clear-cut chances.
19:38: Free-kick in a dangerous position for Bordeaux vs Evian, but it comes to nothing as it fails to clear the first man. Much better from the away side though.
19:37: In the game of the day, Lyon vs Lille, we are still goalless. Both sides look sharp however, and the Lyon fans are in great voice.
