Get French Football News can exclusively reveal that an agreement in principle has been reached between AIK and Evian for the transfer of Costa Rican international Celso Borges.
Evian President Joel Lopez confirmed at the end of last week that the Ligue 1 side were interested in the player.
He was left out of AIK’s squad and did not travel with them for last night’s match against IFK Gothenburg, but joined up with them to play a final game for the Swedish side at the last moment, with a shirt that he borrowed from a fan because the AIK kit-man did not have Borges’ shirt.
The player is set to agree personal terms with the club this week.
