Clement Chantome, having returned from his successful loan deal at Toulouse to his parent club PSG, may not be staying at the French capital very long at all. The 26 year old midfielder faces stern competition for his place from the likes of Matuidi, Cabaye, Verratti and Motta, and could move elsewhere to seek playing time.
Valued at around 3 million euros, Chantome has suitors from Ligue 1 including the likes of Bastia and Lyon. Also, across the border, there is reported interest from the likes of German clubs Wolfsburg and Borussia Mönchengladbach. If any of these clubs meet PSG’s asking price, it is likely that Chantome may well be on the move.
