Reports from Lancenet in Brazil have announced that Marseille have won the race to sign highly rated central defender Doria from Santos.
The player was supposedly the subject of an offer from Lyon, but Marseille outbid them and he will travel today to Marseille with his father Heilo to finalise the agreement in France.
Marseille’s offer is supposedly €10m straight with potential bonuses on top which is superior to Lyon’s €5m and then €5m in terms of bonuses.
The player is set to earn €1m a year net.
These reports have been reiterated by Globo Esporte this evening.
