Speaking to Belgian media outlet Derniere Heure, Eden Hazard explained that he has no intention of leaving Chelsea during this coming transfer window.
Hazard, who had been linked with a move to PSG, had the following to stay:
“It has been quite a long time that I wanted it (the number 10 shirt). Juan Mata left in December so the number ten shirt has been free. I said that it would be mine next season and they accepted. It was already programmed a while ago. Does it mean that I will stay at Chelsea? It means that I am concentrated on the World Cup and well… But for the moment I have a contract with Chelsea and I do not want to leave.”
