After France Football’s sensational reports yesterday that Chelsea attacking midfielder Eden Hazard was, in his mind, already at PSG, to events have occurred since then to quell the situation.
Chelsea announced that they would be handing Eden Hazard the #10 shirt for next season, almost it seemed, as a response to the transfer rumours.
Eden Hazard’s father then moved to deny the rumours surrounding his son’s future but refused to rule out the possibility of a departure:
“For Eden? There is nothing at the moment. Every day I read articles which are false. Eden has asked for one thing: to concentrate on the World Cup. There will be nothing during the tournament.”
