Former French international Eric Abidal has confirmed that he rejected an offer from OGC Nice for Olympiakos to BeIN Sports.
He had the following to say:
“I hope I have made the right decision. It is maybe disappointing for certain people like the President of OGC Nice and Claude Puel who I appreciate a lot. They really wanted me but the fact that I could play Champions League with Olympiakos made my decision.”
