Get French Football News can confirm reports from Portugal and indeed Spain that Frenchman Josuha Guilavogui has been approached over the possibility of being transferred from Atletico Madrid to Benfica, as the Spanish club looks to lure Jan Oblak, as they seek to find a replacement for the departing Thibaut Courtois.
Guilavogui spent the last six months on loan at St Étienne, having only moved from Ligue 1 last summer.
He is still regarded as one of the most talented young defensive midfielders that France has at their disposal.
