Mathieu Valbuena has given an interview to France Football outlining why exactly he left Marseille for Dynamo Moscow.
He had the following to say on Marseille:
“I did not want to it again. The last time it was complicated, the critics were severe. I was tired of all that. I was hurt when my efforts were questioned.”
On Dynamo Moscow:
“I like their project. They all want to win. The Russian league is less elevated than others, but the level is high.”
