Get French Football News understands that West Ham United and AC Milan have found a provisional agreement for the loan transfer of MBaye Niang, the French attacker who was on loan at Montpellier last season.
The agreement is a €300k loan fee with a €5m buy-out option attached which the Hammers would pay at the end of the 2014/2015 season. If they activate that clause, they will pay another €5m at the end of the 2015/2016 season. If West Ham United choose to activate that buy-out option, AC Milan have inserted a 10% sell-on fee in the contract according to our colleagues at Goal.
However, the major potential stumbling block at the moment regarding the deal is that the player himself has yet to be informed regarding the offer and is currently on holiday.
It is unclear whether or not the player is interested in a loan move to West Ham United.
