AS Monaco’s Vice President Vadim Vasilyev has confirmed to our colleagues at RMC that he likes Shakthar Donetsk pair Douglas Costa and Alex Teixeira, but he refused to comment on any negotiations.
He had the following to say:
“Douglas Costa and Alex Teixeira? They are two very good players, really. But I never make comments on any negotiations, whatever they may be.”
Talks are indeed underway between the respective clubs over a possible transfer of the aforementioned players.
