AS Monaco Vice President Vadim Vasilyev told our colleagues at RMC what he thought of goalkeepers Sergio Romero and Diego Lopez.
He had the following to say:
“Daniel Subasic is doing incredible things, so I think for the moment, it is really not relevant to talk about the possible arrival of a big name goalkeeper… even if Diego Lopez is of course a very good one, one of the best. But we are very happy with Suba. A return for Sergio Romero? It is possible. He is a great goalkeeper, very professional, who had a great World Cup. We will see. But today, he is owned by Sampdoria.”
