In a post-match interview, Montpellier manager Rolland Courbis confirmed the departure of Benjamin Stambouli to Tottenham.
The player will be in London tomorrow to finalise a move and will watch Tottenham take on Liverpool at White Hart Lane.
The deal will cost Tottenham €6m.
