Marseille attacking midfielder Morgan Amalfitano is closing in on an unexpected deadline day move to St Étienne.
The player was in talks with Les Verts yesterday, but a move will only go through should ASSE be able to offload Yohan Mollo.
According to local sources, the player is not interested in the offer that he has received from Lorient.
