Get French Football News understands that Napoli will make another offer for Tottenham Hotspur’s defensive midfielder Etienne Capoue imminently after talks between the Serie A side’s Sporting Director and representatives of the North London club in the capital city today.
Napoli had an initial offer of €9m rebuffed but according to Sky Italy Tottenham are willing to sell the player just 6 months after having bought him from Toulouse for around €12m.
Sky Sports believe that Tottenham would prefer the loan player to Napoli for the rest of the season and they claim that the Italian side would be okay with this type of agreement. More undoubtedly to follow.
