UEFA released their settlement agreement with PSG this evening, regarding the Ligue 1 Champions’ breach of Financial Fair Play.
PSG will have to pay a fine of €60 million, levied on the income generated by participation in UEFA competitions from the 2013/2014 campaign.
Of this €60m, €40m will be returned to PSG if UEFA finds that they has restored order to their accounts in the future.
For next season’s Champions League, PSG will be limited to registering 21 players. The Capital club will also significantly reduce its spending in the transfer window for the 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 seasons, but UEFA failed to disclose to what extent exactly.
Finally, UEFA has forbidden PSG to exceed their current payroll for the next two fiscal years.
