According to our colleagues at Mercato 365, QPR manager Harry Redknapp is very interested in signing Lyon striker Bafétimbi Gomis.
The player has Premier League, Turkish league and German league sides who have approached him including Newcastle United, West Ham United, Besiktas, Galatasaray, Trabzonspor, Wolfsburg and now QPR.
Stoke City and Sunderland are also reported to have met with the player’s agent recently.
Newcastle United are understood to have made a second, now increased their contract offer for Bafétimbi Gomis’ services.
