Get French Football News understands that Ligue 1 side Rennes have made an offer for Tours striker Andy Delort.
Delort, 22, is the subject of interest from German and English sides but SRFC are the first side this summer to make an offer.
The offer is understood to be inadequate after the initial round of negotiations.
