Sebastien Corchia has had his first press conference since his €2 million move to Lille. He talked about the manager, president, and how the project of the club appealed to him. Here is what he had to say:
‘I loved what the president and manager had to say. I also appreciated the support of the home fans. I really wanted to come back (after January).’
‘The sporting project of Lille was the most important thing for me. The project has not changed since January.’
‘I still consider myself a right back, even though I have moved slightly further forwards in recent times.’
‘The number 2 shirt was well carried in the past by Mathieu Debuchy, who did great things here. It is certainly an example.’
