According to our colleagues at Nice Matin, former Marseille central defender Souleymane Diawara has entered into talks to join OGC Nice.
The 35 year old was present at OGC Nice’s friendly match vs Barcelona (1-1) and is a free agent since his contract with OM expired at the end of last season.
The player has indicated his desire to join Les Aiglons, but the question is whether or not OGCN can find a better alternative in the next 48 hours.
Otherwise, Diawara is set to become their 3rd signing of the summer.
