Ligue 2 side Tours have announced the signing of Ivorian central midfielder Joel Damahou in a free transfer after French football’s financial watchdog the DNCG lifted the transfer sanctions that had previously been imposed on the club.
Damahou was a free agent since leaving Debrecen earlier in the calendar year.
