According to our colleagues at Foot Mercato and France Football, St Étienne youngster Allan Saint Maximin is set to finally join AS Monaco on a 5 year contract.
The player is understood to be currently in the Principality to finalise personal terms after the two Ligue 1 sides agreed a fee worth €5m.
The plan is then for the highly rated 18 year old attacker to join Bundesliga side Hannover on loan for the forthcoming campaign, with Vice President Vadim Vasilyev saying: “There is no room (for him) right now.”
