According to our colleagues at L’Équipe, Arsenal have virtually reached a deal with 17 year old attacker Ismaël Bennacer.
The player had initially decided to join Manchester City, but Arsenal came charging in and his mound has been changed. The newspaper reports that the player has been offered a 5 year contract.
