Loic Perrin is a name that has popped a lot so far this January when talking about Arsenal’s possible transfer targets, The player has even admitted to being contacted personally by the London club, but at that stage, no contact with St Etienne had been made.
Now, however, any talk appears to have cooled, with both St Etienne and the player’s agent suggesting that a deal was unlikely. Today in his press conference, Arsene Wenger backed up this notion by saying that Arsenal are ‘not on the case’ of the French defender.
