Sochaux President Denis Worbe has confirmed the imminent sale of Ligue 2 side FC Sochaux to Chinese company Ledus.
It became apparent at the end of the month that Chinese outfit Ledus, who specialise in LED lighting, were in negotiations to buy FCSM.
The company have already announced that they wish to have their name emblazoned on club shirts and the logo.
According to the AFP, the deal is worth about €7m and Sochaux are set to become the first French club in football history to be owned 100% by a Chinese outfit.
