Rennes have earlier today announced two signings which have been completed by the club. Firstly, 18 year old Lithuanian goalkeeper Edvinas Gertmonas has signed a four and a half year contract with the Ligue 1 side.
The young player has returned Lithuanian side FK Atlantas where he will remain on loan and where he has been bought from until the end of the season.
The second signing is also a defensive reinforcement in the form of Albanian left back Ermir Lenjani. The 25 year old has penned a two and a half year contract and was quoted as saying ‘I’m delighted to be here. It is a new stage in my career, and I will give it my best.’
