Genoa have offer rejected for Issa Cissokho

Serie A side Genoa have had an offer rejected for Nantes full-back Issa Cissokho.

The Italian side have been strongly encouraged to return with a better offer by the player’s representation, with Nantes playing hard ball and the player very much wanting to leave Les Canaris for a change of scenery.

Genoa are expected to submit a better offer in the forthcoming days. The player is also interesting sides in Turkey.
