Marseille’s attacking midfielder André Ayew’s contract expires at the end of the season and the player has no intention of extending it.
GFFN confirmed several weeks ago that Premier League side Newcastle United had offered the player a pre-contract.
Well, another English outfit has now done the same. It is our understanding that Everton have also now presented Ayew with a pre contract offer, however we are unaware of any direct contact between the player and Everton boss Roberto Martinez, as had been suggested by certain British tabloids last weekend.
According to Sky Italia, Inter Milan have also stepped up their pursuit of the Ghanaian international.
A number of German and English sides remain in contact with the player’s representatives, even if his father’s tactic of employing several agents at once to facilitate his son’s move is causing tensions between certain clubs and the player’s entourage as discussions become confusing for the interested parties.
