Former French international Lassana Diarra’s proposed move to West Ham United has been blocked by FIFA.
The player expressed himself on Twitter yesterday suggesting that football’s global governing body has blocked him from joining clubs in France, Italy, Germany and England because FIFA won’t grant international clearance.
