Lionel Carole joins Galatasaray

Turkish side Galatasaray have completed the signing of defender Lionel Carole from ESTAC Troyes for €1.5m.

The player will earn €700k net a year as well as performance related bonuses including a €15k appearance fee. He joins on a 4 year deal.
