Lyon manager suggests that Alexandre Lacazette should be valued at €40m

Speaking in a press conference yesterday, Lyon manager Hubert Fournier raised his concerns about the future of star striker Alexandre Lacazette.

“He’s an important player, one of the best strikers in Europe right now, and that costs money. When you see that Bony was sold for 40m euros to City, that gives you an idea of how much the club can expect (for Lacazette). But as the president (Jean-Michel Aulas) does not want to sell (Lacazette), we’re not going to discuss numbers.”
