According to La Provence, Marseille have entered into talks to sign Real Madrid central midfielder Lucas Silva on a loan deal.
Silva, 22, was signed by Real Madrid in January for €15m from Cruzeiro.
He played 9 times under Carlo Ancelotti, but Rafael Benitez has placed him on the undesirables list since he took over, having signed Mateo Kovacic in his position in the meantime.
As a result, multiple European outfits are vying to sign the player on loan in the final days of the summer transfer window.
Levante, Real Betis, Southampton and Valencia have all made approaches, but not only them. According to the report, Arsenal and FC Porto have also made enquiries with Real Madrid for the player. More undoubtedly to follow in the coming days.
