According to Le Dauphiné, striker Mathieu Duhamel will not be joining Evian permanently this summer.
There is no buy-out option in his loan deal from Caen, but Evian are not interested in signing him permanently because of the player’s wage demands.
Duhamel has no interest in returning to Caen either, with Nantes interested in signing the player in the forthcoming window.
