Monaco VP speaks on Layvin Kurzawa situation

Speaking to L’Équipe last night following Monaco’s 1-1 draw with Toulouse, ASM’s Vice President Vadim Vasilyev attempted to explain the situation surrounding left-back Layvin Kurzawa.

He had the following to say:

“For the moment, we have rejected the offers from PSG and from other clubs. You must wait until the 31st of August. Kurzawa’s situation is in no way linked with the result against Valencia. From a financial point of view, we do not need to sell players, even if we do not make the Champions League.”
