According to our colleagues at L’Équipe, MLS side New York City FC have entered into negotiations with free agent Hatem Ben Arfa, after his administrative crisis led to the failure of his move to Nice.
HBA is reportedly interested in a move to the MLS and the side where Frank Lampard and David Villa will be playing, but only as a short-term solution so that he may return to Europe for the 2015/16 season.
