Wolves winger Bakary Sako is a man who has attracted much attention in recent seasons as he continues to excel at Molyneux. With his contract up at the end of the season, where the Frenchman will be in six months is unknown, but manager Kenny Jackett is still hoping to keep him.
“His next contract is a very important one and I would not say it’s not going to be at Wolves. But he’ll make the decision based on the potential on us going forward and what else he can get. With every window there’s a lot of speculation about, let’s face it, a very good player, but we’ve not had a bid and don’t want a bid. Sako is relaxed about the situation, and we’ve had some transparency to say, ‘look if a Premier League team comes in for you we will speak to you.”
