Monaco have confirmed the €3.5m signing of Lyon attacker Fares Balhouli on a 5 year contract.
In an impressive piece of transfer business, Monaco have taken away a youngster from a direct rival. Balhouli had told Lyon that he wanted to leave the club and that he was frustrated with a lack of first team football. While he might not receive more playing time at Monaco, he definitely will receive a fresh start.
