According to our colleagues at RMC, Newcastle United are interested in contacting free manager Remi Garde over the possibility of taking the Premier League side’s vacant coaching position.
The former Lyon man is on their shortlist, but has yet to be approached for the position. This will likely change in the forthcoming 48 hours.
