According to Sky Sports, Etienne Capoue himself has turned down a loan move to fellow Premier League club West Brom. As GFFN told you earlier in the window, Capoue wants to stay at Spurs and fight for his place and this feeling appears to have prevailed tonight and caused him to reject the loan deal.
Whether Capoue will move elsewhere is unknown, but it does seem unlikely with the player wanting to stay and time running out.
