Russian outfit Zenit St Petersburg have made an approach for AS Monaco midfielder João Moutinho.
Moutinho is a player that Jorge Mendes would like to move on this summer, with Monaco willing to do business to balance the books.
A fee of €40m is what they are looking for the for the Portuguese international and Zenit are a club that might be willing to work around that figure. According to Portuguese media outlet Record, Zenit are already in contract talks with the player, but Get French Football News understands that these claims are a little premature. Moutinho wants to enjoy his holiday before taking part in talks.
