Bordeaux sack Willy Sagnol

Bordeaux have today sacked for Bayern Munich full-back and club manager Willy Sagnol will immediate effect.

Sagnol has been walking a tightrope for several weeks now, and will be replaced by former player Ulrich Ramé.

Joining Ramé’s coaching staff will be a collection of former players and other coaches including Pierre Espanyol, Eric Bedouet, Franck Mantaux and Mathieu Chalmé.

According to RMC, Willy Sagnol is currently in negotiations with Bordeaux President Jean Louis Triaud to find an agreement for an amicable termination of his current contract.
