According to Goal France journalist Loïc Tanzl, Portuguese international and defensive midfielder Miguel Veloso is currently in Monaco to finalise contractual details ahead of joining the Ligue 1 outfit.
Veloso would join ASM on a free transfer, with his contract with Dynamo Kiev expiring in seven days.
The player should undergo a medical today with the Principality side.
