According to Le Parisien, Lyon’s relationship with attacking midfielder starlet Nabil Fékir is at breaking point to such an extent that a summer departure is now possible.
Having suffered an ACL injury in September last year, Fékir is understood not to have appreciated how he was dealt with by the club upon his return from injury.
He is unhappy with the 117 minutes of playing time that he received since his return, wanting more and wanting to start more games and the player has told his manager about those sentiments, his relationship with Génésio is currently very poor.
The club itself is unhappy with Fékir because of his lack of effort in training and their perception that he is currently overweight.
This could push both parties to agree that a sale is the best option.
