Official | Simon Falette joins Metz
Metz have confirmed the signing of central defender Simon Falette from Ligue 2 club Brest.
After being named in the Ligue 2 Team of the Season due to his outstanding performances for Brest, Falette was courted by multiple clubs including Angers and Bastia, but Metz, who finished 3rd in Ligue 2 and earned themselves promotion to Ligue 1, snapped up the 24-year-old.
Falette is the fourth signing for Metz already this summer as they prepare for life in Ligue 1, joining the likes of Mevlut Erdinc, Franck Signorino & Opa Nguette.
