Lille right-back Sébastien Corchia discussed his first ever France cap that he earned in midweek during a friendly against Ivory Coast, notably touching on the fact that he was booed when he came on by a partisan Lens crowd, speaking with RMC.
“There were boos but I was expecting them a bit. It was truly a minority. Sadly, you cannot stop that. It was a shame, but it did not affect me at all. I was so concentrated on coming on that it did not ruin my first cap. It was joy. I was very happy, this is a source of great pride for me.”
