According to Le Progrès, St Étienne are closing in on a fee agreement with Heracles for Oussama Tannane.
ASSE are understood to have made an offer in the region of €2m to €3m for the player.
According to certain other reports, Malaga in Spain and Atalanta in Italy have already agreed a fee for the player, so Les Verts are playing catch up in that respect.
Nico Jan Hoogma, a Director at Heracles, has confirmed that the club has received an offer from St Étienne for the player, but refused to confirm the exact amount.
