Premier League side West Ham United are preparing another, final offensive for Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette, despite the fact that the player and the club have turned down the London side on multiple occasions and that he only wants to leave Lyon for Champions League football this summer.
It appears as if West Ham are set to make a third offer for the player worth €47m including bonuses, according to multiple sources.
With Lyon apparently ready to sell Samuel Umtiti to Spanish giants FC Barcelona, it is almost unfathomable that Aulas would agree to sell Lacazette at this stage.
On top of that, Lacazette still has no desire to join the Hammers and the only scenario in which he would join them is if Lyon effectively turned around to the striker and told him that this offer was too good to refuse.
But with that scenario, Lyon do not need any money right now.
So it is almost mission impossible, but in the transfer window, anything can happen…
