According to Spanish newspaper Marca, Frenchman and Castilla boss Zinedine Zidane will replace Rafael Benitez as manager of Real Madrid.
Benitez was apparently sacked at the beginning of the afternoon, a decision made by Florentino Perez following poor results this season domestically.
Zidane will replace him, according to the Spanish daily, a decision that the report expects will be confirmed by the club imminently.
