Zlatan Ibrahimovic has hinted that he could be on his way to Manchester United after his entertaining press conference this afternoon, but did confirm that he has made his choice of where he will be playing next season.
When questioned about Manchester United, Zlatan said:
“I have not read the papers, so I don’t know what clubs you are linking me to. If you ask me, nothing is happening, only the Euros. I have concrete offers from England, Italy, from all countries. There are many alternatives. I have made my decision. It has been made. It was done a long time ago. The future is already written.”
The Swede was also asked about whether he would be at Old Trafford next season with the presumptive Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho, Ibrahimovic replied with:
“Let’s see what happens. I don’t give guarantees. I can tell you there is concrete offers from the Premier League. Mourinho is the man to bring United back to the top. I had a fantastic time with him, but I don’t know if we will work again.”
Ibrahimovic did drop a massive hint in this press conference as to where he will be playing next season, and it does seem like he will be the main man at Old Trafford with Jose Mourinho.
